Nigel,

I'm experiencing an issue where users are subscribing to a mailing list. The users are existing subscribers in most cases, adding another list to their subscription(s). The opt-in message that they respond to (which is sent back to MLK) contains an MLK-ID of 0 (ZERO), rather than their existing ID. Even if they were new subscribers, they should have a unique ID, correct?

Consequently, the opt-in message is not being processed.

Hi Nigel,

It was 12.02R, but I've since moved to 12.03R.

I'm waiting to see if the same error occurs again, at which point I'll send you the debug file.

Hi Ian

Can you confirm what version you are using?

If possible, generate a debug log where the problem occurs and email it to me.
