Posted - Feb 26 2013 : 23:51:30 I just purchase Mail King. Created a publication in Publisher and word. When I pull up the new email and open a file, I am able to view it and preview. But when I send it the email is all mixed up and the few images are duplicated. What setting do I have wrong in mail king? I have saved the document as a web page, web page filtered and single web page. JPEG and PDF dont show up when I open the file. Please help I have been trying about two weeks and about to give up and get my credit back for this program. I know others using it but I cant get them to assist me.
thank you

MLK should automatically normalize any linked images (relative or fixed path) and include the image. Are you not experiencing this?

Posted - Feb 27 2013 : 02:19:10 Hi Michael
It is best to use a web editor for creating messages outside of MLK, rather than a document editor (as emails use HTML, and only in a limited way at that).
I'll email you some debugging info.
