I just purchase Mail King. Created a publication in Publisher and word. When I pull up the new email and open a file, I am able to view it and preview. But when I send it the email is all mixed up and the few images are duplicated. What setting do I have wrong in mail king? I have saved the document as a web page, web page filtered and single web page. JPEG and PDF dont show up when I open the file.
Please help I have been trying about two weeks and about to give up and get my credit back for this program. I know others using it but I cant get them to assist me.

thank you

Hi Michael

It is best to use a web editor for creating messages outside of MLK, rather than a document editor (as emails use HTML, and only in a limited way at that).

I'll email you some debugging info.

Make sure that if you're using an external editor, the images and links aren't "relative" or pointing to a local drive. If they are, the recipient of the message will not see the images or be able to access the links.

Hi Ian

MLK should automatically normalize any linked images (relative or fixed path) and include the image. Are you not experiencing this?
