Posted - Jun 28 2010 : 03:53:38 Hello,
I've used MLK for ages and have quite a smooth setup for web forms sent via our site. In the last couple of months however, all the record dates for subscriptions has been 30/12/1899 which is bizarre and makes keeping track of subscriptions very hard.
Nothing has changed that I know of at our email provider. Do you have any ideas why this has happened and how to fix it?
Thank you
John Spiers |

Posted - Jun 29 2010 : 13:48:52 Sorry I should have mentioned that on Windows 7 and Vista it is located at:

Posted - Jun 29 2010 : 04:24:29 Thanks for that Nigel. I did as you said, but the debuglog.txt is not produced in the location you suggest and on searching the C drive is not there either. I still get the problem.
All the hidden folder options are unchecked.
Thank you. |

Posted - Jun 29 2010 : 01:23:08 Hi John
Firstly please try repairing the database:
1. Run MLK 2. Select File > Optimize Database 3. UNCHECK all options 4. Check the option to repair the database 5. Click OK
If it still occurs please generate a debug log for me. I'll send you the details.

Posted - Jun 28 2010 : 12:23:54 Hi John
That is a null date. Is MLK retrieving from a POP server or integrating with your email software. What version are you using?
