Posted - Jun 21 2009 : 16:21:00 I just loaded Mailist king today. after a failed attempt I reinstalled outlook and have an email list of 87000. Mailist king has separated the emails in 1782 mails with 49 recipients. It loaded them fine and now they are stuck in the outbox. I am working at home using a hotmail account and the mails are not being sent.
The hotmail account is configured fine and there are no errors but not sending.
Can anyone say why please?
Regards

On the "Errors" tab of the Send/Receive Processing dialog, what comes up?
Also, I'm pretty sure that Hotmail would not let you send that volume of messages so I wouldn't be surprised if they are cutting you off.

I have sent screenshots and am using hotmail. Is there a support telephone number?

Posted - Jun 23 2009 : 01:28:23 Hmmm, that's weird. I assume you have tried restarting Windows?
Do the messages in the Outbox appear with "Sending" icons or "open" icons (you can send me a screen shot).
If you click on the status bar during a send/receive and choose the "Details" option does it give any indication of failure?

Posted - Jun 22 2009 : 00:53:41 Hi Tom
If Outlook fails to send it should display a "Warning" icon in the status bar. Click Send/Receive then click the warning icon to see what the error message is. Let me know how it goes.
