Nigel, thought I'd mention it here...I updated to the latest version a couple of days ago and just noticed this morning a subscribe request from yesterday from my Web form was sitting there, unprocessed. I double-checked the format of the request against previous requests and verified nothing in the form had changed.

When I checked the Options, Web Forms, Web Form Message Format dialog the 'separator character' had changed to a semi-colon (I had a space) and the Action had changed back to Action (I had "subscribe = Subscribe").

Once I changed them back it worked fine. I'm thinking the only change I've made was the update to the latest version.

Hi Nigel
Thanks that worked, I actually have 3 spaces and put those before the seperator and still did not work but your suggestion did the trick

Cheers

Hi Mark

You have a space before your colon. Go into View > Options, Web Forms, Specify Web Form fields and make sure the separator is specified as:

" :" (i.e. a space before the colon, NO QUOTES)

Otherwise v8.51 will handle this automatically.

Hi Jim

In v8.50 we've changed the way you specify your web form fields. Now you only specify the separation character once, and then the names of all your fields (whereas previously you specified each field followed by the separation character).

e.g.
Name = Mark Hamon

FIELD NAME is "Name"
SEPARATION CHARACTER is "="
VALUE is "Mark Hamon"

When installing the update it should automatically update your settings. If not, go into View > Options, Web Forms, Specify Web Form fields and check that there is no separation character after your field names.

If you still have problems please send us a screen shot of your web form settings and an example web form.
