MLK is finding the email no problem, seems to be processing it, then deletes it. but then there is no change in the database. i can't subscribe, unsubscribe, or modify any contacts in the mailing list. what am i doing wrong? i have version 6.28R

thanks!

Ahh - thanks for pointing me to that log. it says that the email address is invalid "Email: jsmaith@abc.com". so it looks like it thinks the email address includes "Email: ". any ideas why it isn't splitting on ":"?

Hi

Does it say anything in the history or error information about the processing of the item. That is under View>History and Errors.
