I am trying to process a web form email in my Outlook with MLK. MLK is finding the email no problem, seems to be processing it, then deletes it. but then there is no change in the database. i can't subscribe, unsubscribe, or modify any contacts in the mailing list. what am i doing wrong? i have version 6.28R

thanks!

Hi

Does it say anything in the history or error information about the processing of the item. That is under View>History and Errors.

Ahh - thanks for pointing me to that log. it says that the email address is invalid "Email: jsmaith@abc.com". so it looks like it thinks the email address includes "Email: ". any ideas why it isn't splitting on ":"?
