I know how to set up MLK to send standard replies in response to emails received from addresses found in a MLK group. I'm trying to get my head around a slighly more complex problem:
- If the email address is found in a group, then they get the auto reply
- If the address is not in that group, then they get a different auto reply *and* the message gets forwarded to an internal account for manual attention
I know how to achieve everything except the auto-forwarding. Is this possible - or is it possible with Cruise Control (does Cruise Control integrate with MLK mailing lists?) |

If you are using Outlook with MLK then you can use "daisy chain" your actions, i.e. use a Folder processing tasks to subscribe addresses in Outlook Folder A then move the messages to Folder B. Use a different processing task to forward addresses found in Folder B and then move them to Folder C.
Can you tell me what method you are currently using to send a different auto-reply if the member already exists in the group.
