User with a gmail/googlemail id sent an unsubscribe request as follows

unsubscribe userid@gmail.com

This was sent as an HTML format email using MS Word 12 as his email editor which wrapped all kinds of complicated MS-specific HTML round the actual text and caused MLK to hang.

If I edited the response manually and made it a text-format email, MLK processed the unsubscribe request correctly.

Is this a known restriction?

Hi Adrian

I have no other reports of this. Is this in v7.01? Is MLK retrieving your mailing list messages using POP or via Outlook?
