                | augme | Posted - Oct 19 2009 : 09:25:31 Hi everybody. My name is Matt. I seem to be having a lot of problems.

I tried loading a CSV file into MLK, and none of the addresses processed correctly. I did this twice. Anybody have any ideas for a remedy?

When you import a file you need to specify what character is used to separate that columns of information in the file.

 1. Select File>Import>Import from File
 2. Select your import file
 3. Click the multiple columns option, and choose map fields
 4. Specify that your "Separation Character" is a comma
 5. Ensure the fields in your Import file are going into the correct fields in MLK
 6. Click OK twice

                | augme | Posted - Oct 19 2009 : 09:43:35 I removed the email addresses deliberately, BTW. Didn't want to get in trouble for posting info online.

Here is a screenshot after failure occurs. Something tells me this is related to my other problem here: http://www.xequte.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2534
