Hi,

I have just installed the 6.25 Pro version and I have a problem when editing welcome message to differents groups. When I chose "HTML format" , I receive the message

"Access violation at address 00714BBA in module 'MLKing.exe'. Read of address 00000000."

Everything is blocked and the only possible action is to quit with Ctrl-Alt-Suppr and to restart.

Can you help me please ?

Thank you,

Nathalie

Thanks for your email. Glad to hear that Internet Explorer 6.0 fixed your problem.

Hi

You should try installing a newer version of Internet Explorer.

I'll email you some debug logging info, in case that does not work.

Hi Nigel,

Previously, I used version 5.2.5 pro.

MLK is installed on a server with Windows 2000 SP4 and Internet Explorer Version 5.0

Hi Nathalie

What version of MLK were you using previously?

What version of Windows and Internet Explorer do you have installed?

PS : I receive the same message when editing the generic message for subscriptions and after, I receive the message "Interface not supported"

Same messages when trying to send an html message to a group.
