Posted - Jul 08 2014 : 20:40:43 I just created new slideshow.at the ending time has warning : "Unexpected error encountered while converting slideshow. Try disabling your antivirus or contact Xequte support!"
I try disable my antivirus. But no different! I did a lot work for slideshow! Never happen before, Pls help!
I use V8.01

I think if I could make DVD straight from DVD Pixplay. May be result quality much better. Did not pass through more converter!
By the way, I used the others DVD maker maker finished project!

Did you receive my email? I could not see a good reason for it to fail on that video. You might find it easier to convert the video to MPEG format prior to adding it to your project.

I created a six individual files to video\filess are OK! But I burn multiple (same six files) to DVD disk always has problem! The suggest me email Log to you for help!

Thanks, I received the log that you sent me.
Unfortunately at this time, DVD PixPlay does not support filenames that contain Asian characters.
