I have a new camera and the video files are in MTS FORMAT. My DVD PixPlay says it's converting the files but all I get is the sound from the video clips but a blank black screen.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem please. I did try converting the files first to AVI AND MPEG 4 but pixplay tries to convert them again....NOT successfully.

I would be grateful for any ideas please?

Many thanks Anniemo

Hi Anniemo

If you select File > Burn Slideshow and click "Test" to you get video showing then?

If you are converting videos to prior to adding them to PixPlay, then MPEG-1 will work best.
