Why when I preview a show with videos, they do not have sound?

Nigel, I installed Codec Lite and it works well.

Hi

DVD PixPlay uses the system codecs for previewing videos and so it is possible that this video type does not have an adequate driver.

You could install a codec pack such as K-Lite:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm


Or convert the video file to a more standard video format as described at:
