xequte	Posted - Oct 16 2011 : 12:32:02 OK, so we have confirmed that the fault is with the drivers your system uses when playing back mp3 files during a preview (NOTE: The codec is only used when previewing, you can burn your slideshow with background music without it). The easiest solution is to install a codec pack such as K-Lite Mega: http://www.codecpackguide.com/klmcodec.htm Nigel Xequte Software www.xequte.com nigel@xequte.com
april27	Posted - Oct 14 2011 : 04:48:46 I hadn't added any music but the default soundtrack was selected so got rid of it as you suggested and brill it works fine does this mean I cannot add any music to slideshow I don’t mind but would be nice

april27	Posted - Oct 13 2011 : 00:14:51 Sorry Nigel it does not work on older slidwshows it's ok when I preview pictures one at a time I have downloaded your video converter plug in and it is converting video ok not sure I want to risk burning DVD without a preview hope you can help
april27	Posted - Oct 12 2011 : 23:54:42 i get this Results for MP3 Format Check: MCI Extension: MPEGVideo Mediaplayer Extension Type: Not registered with Mediaplayer MCI Driver: This format has no MCI Driver MCI 32-bit Driver: This format has no MCI 32-bit Driver it's not happening on older slideshows I made with v3.35 only this one
