Hi
I have used this software for many shows and today I am experiencing a new problem. When I try to create the show and then burn the disc I go to test and shortly after it starts to build the DVD I get an error message saying error when viewing your video! I am trying to do a DVD and computer combination disc. One show I did earlier today worked but now the next two shows wont. I even tried rebuilding one of them from scratch but that didn't work. It can't be the disc as it happens prior to burning, I think it occurs when it is multiplexing in task 2 of 5. I also tried shutting down the computer and starting fresh. Please advise. Thanks very much.

Try going into View>Options, Other, Advanced and enabling the option to Use Windows Media Player when clicking the Test button.

Try installing a codec pack such as K-Lite:
