Add Addresses from Files


This function retrieves e-mail addresses from files on your computer.  The files can be in any text based format (HTML, text documents, etc.) and do not need to be formatted in any way.

Note: When retrieving addresses from formatted text files (e.g. a text file with one e-mail on each line or an Excel or comma-separated file) you should use the Import function.

This is the process:

1.  Select "Home" > Add Addresses on the main toolbar

2.  Click the "Load" button

3.  Browse for a file to process and click OK

4.  Specify how to process the addresses:

Adds each of the addresses to the mailing list group you have specified

Removes each of the e-mail addresses from your mailing list, either from all groups or only the specified group

Process each of the addresses as if they were undeliverable messages (i.e. increase the bounce count for each of these addresses)

5.  Click "OK"
