Hi everyone. I have had an issue with random garbled splotches showing up in slideshows that I have burned to DVD. I have tried different discs and even tried it on a brand new computer, and it still happens. It always happens in the same spots on the disc, but if you burn it again on another disc it will happen in different spots than it did the first time.

We love the program and find it a pleasure to create our slideshows compared to other programs we have tried. We are trying to get some discs ready to send to grandparents, friends, etc. It is frustrating when everything looks so good and timed so well to the music and then splotches show up that aren't supposed to be there.

Has anyone had a similar issue and do you know how to solve this issue. We would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this.

Hi

Please tell me what version you are using (Look under Help > About on the menu). If it is not v6.20 then please download the update from:

Also, have you tried specifying the highest quality encoding option (using the Alternate encoder) on Step 3 of the "Burn Disk" wizard?
