Hi,

I have been using DVD Pixplay for quite a few years now, creating slide shows for DVD. I am still on an old release (don't recall which one), so I have lost track of all improvements you have done.

I have recently acquired HD video camcorder and projector. To take advantage of the high resolution, I wonder if the most recent DVD Pixplay release supports the following (or if there are plans for support in the future)
- Including MP4 video files in project, 720p resolution. Idea is to use video as source in addition to still images
- Generating HD video, e.g. MP4 with 720p resolution. Idea is to play the slide show on computer and rendor on projector through HDMI. (

If the answer is yes - is there an upgrade option for returning customer using earlier releases?

Thanks in advance

Hi Tord

DVD can output a slideshow to a 720p video file and you can include 720p videos in PC format slideshows

However for DVD player compatibility most users will want to output their slideshow in DVD format, which means that 720p will be downscaled to 480p (NTSC) or 576p (PAL).

You can upgrade at:
