I hav tried to paste the steps that I have done that reproduce this error but the forum doesn't seem to like my posting. Perhaps its a little too long. I will try to post it in steps to see if I can get it all posted. I have sent a debugging code to Nigel for him tolook at but I would be interested to see if anyone else has this issue.
2) There is no action or Group fields in the webform. I set up a key word in the autoresponder and in the webform. 3) The autoresponder replies properly. 4) I add a group field and group name into the webform
5) I add the group into MLK and a welcome message. 6) The autoresponder now will not function. It is almost as if the group takes precedence and there is no reply. 7) I then remove the group field and the action field and the autoresponder functions again.
As I say this is version 10.14. Has anyone else tried using the autoresponder and the group fields in the same web form? Anyone else seen these issues?
