Our member database is in Excel format and we have one column for email addresses. Some of our members have more than one email address and we enter all their addresses into the corresponding Excel cell, dividing the addresses with semi-colons.

Well, we need to send mailings to all their addresses. BUT I cannot find a way of doing this in MailList King because it considers semicolons, spaces and commas to be unallowed characters.

I would be sooo grateful if someone could come up with a solution. For info, I have tried, a comma with space, a comma without space, a semicolon with space, a semicolon without space, and just a space. None were accepted.

Happy new year everyone ..... and Thank you in advance
Marie

Hi Marie

I'm sorry but at this time MLK only supports one email address per contact, so you should add each email address as a new contact (which will make it easier for you to track bounces anyway).
