Get refund from ANA by knowing ANY cancellation and refund policy, flight cancellation charges, how long it takes to get refund from ANA and the refund process.

Firstly, the cancellation policy varies depending on the type of ticket purchased; However, the basics of the refund policy are mentioned below;
ANA Airlines cancellation policy suggests that when you cancel the flight within the first 24 hours, you will not incur any cancellation fee if you book the flight within 7 days of departure.
When you cancel your flight due to the death of an immediate or close family member, you will not be charged cancellation fees as long as you present a copy of the death certificate.
When the airline cancels the flight for any reason such as bad weather, problems with the plane or perhaps a technical problem, then the airline will be at fault and will have to offer you an alternative flight option. And, if you don't agree with your flight being rescheduled, you can request a refund.

In accordance with ANA's cancellation policy, reservations can be canceled without ANA cancellation fees within 24 hours of the purchase date.
ANA ticket cancellation within 24 hours does not apply to award tickets or group rates.
If the reservation is made at least 7 days before the departure date, 100% of the reservation amount can only be claimed if it is canceled within 24 hours of making the reservation.
The ANA 24-hour cancellation policy applies only to tickets issued in the United States and Canada. And applicable refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date the cancellation request was made.
Passengers are eligible for a full refund if any flight is canceled before 7 days of the booking's scheduled departure.
In ANA Airlines cancellation policy, you can also cancel the flight by simply calling their customer care executive or chatting live with their support team. It is the fastest and easiest way. There the agents connected with you and canceled or changed your flight or any other problem you had, they resolved it within their time.
