Mail processing :
UNSubmission from your Web Site:
Email: test@gmail.com
Action: Unsubscribe
Group: 19-10-13

In my DB this member is in the group : 18-10-13

functionality "if an unknow group is specified"
I choose "Remove from all groups" = It BUG and don't work, test@gmail.com not been deleted
I choose "Add to the error list" = It BUG and don't work, test@gmail.com don't been added to error list
-------------

I changed member's group to 19-10-13,
after mail processing, test@gmail.com is delete

Hi

This is correct behaviour.

The user has asked to be removed from the group, "19-10-13"

If they do not exist in that group (and it is a known group name) then they are not removed from the database (though you can manually remove them from all groups in "Processing Errors" mode).

If you want the user to be removed from all groups, regardless of what they have specified, then you should set something else as the Group field in your web form (e.g. "NotGroup"). MLK will then not know what group to remove them from and default to your setting in Group Options.
