Posted - Jun 28 2013 : 01:55:25 I received a subscription request for a new address and sent a confirmation. However the reply subject line has the ID 'MLK ID:0', so it can't be processed.
I've never had this problem before, but have recently upgraded to version 12.0. The pending double opt in list has an index value of 16299.
Any ideas? |

Perhaps you should do some tests by adding some addresses by clicking the relevant button on the home page, and checking the option to request confirmation.

That's unusual. There should be no changes to double opt-in handling code in v12.
Was it just a once-off? I.e. are all other confirmations being sent out correctly?
