I'd like to do it using web form eventually.
thanks Hari |

You don't need to do anything special with the content at all. Just create and send a normal HTML message with the only difference being "SendToGroup Group_Name" inserted into the subject line.

I've reviewed the debug log file that you sent. You have not specified a destination group in the subject of your RAC message.
Your message subject should be formatted as follows:
SendToGroup Group_Name Subject of Message

Posted - May 17 2010 : 22:30:41 I had sent html Email using RAC. MLK has processed the mail and deleted it, but no action has been taken. Email has not been sent. I had given the html code in body and given subject as SendToGroup (Groupname) |

Posted - May 17 2010 : 16:24:17 Hi Hari
Messages forwarded via the RAC command should not be sent as attachments, but as normal messages (as you want them to appear) except that the subject includes the RAC SendToGroup command.
HTML email is supported, though not personalization fields at this time.
