Instead of sending message as an attachment, Can I send message in HTML format [with possible custom fields like First Name, Last Name] using RAC commands as Admin ?
Messages forwarded via the RAC command should not be sent as attachments, but as normal messages (as you want them to appear) except that the subject includes the RAC SendToGroup command.
HTML email is supported, though not personalization fields at this time.
I had sent html Email using RAC. MLK has processed the mail and deleted it, but no action has been taken. Email has not been sent. I had given the html code in body and given subject as SendToGroup (Groupname)
Should we specify the html format in subject itself or in the body of the message while we are using the remote admin commands to send html based email messages
You don't need to do anything special with the content at all. Just create and send a normal HTML message with the only difference being "SendToGroup Group_Name" inserted into the subject line.
