 Need help reverting back to v3*

Hi,

I downloaded the v4 version only to realise later that its free to upgrade only for those who purchased DVD Pixplay later than Feb'08. Now I need to revert back to my v3* version because ever since the download my Pixplay software is showing up as an "unregistered" version. I'm unable to find any links to download the v3* version anywhere on the Xequte website nor the mailings.

Please help !!

There is no charge for having your original key and download link re-sent,

Just fill out the form and they will send you the version you request.

Thanks Jim !

I already have my old serial number for the V3* version and that doesn't work on the V4. Secondly, I don't think they'll send me a new serial number if I apply for one thru the link you sent unless I purchase the upgrade bcoz my Pixplay is way back of 2006.

I thought atleast they shud've helped accidental cases as this by putting up a link for the old version somewhere.
