Hallo everybody,

I have send an emailing to over 5000 prospects.
However I do not see anywhere the percentage of people who have opened the mail or clicked on a link in the mail.

I do not use memberships and i do know how to see the messages that are successfully send.

Could anyone help us with this?

Thank you very much

N.G.

Hi Naomi

It is possible, but requires some work on your web server.

MLK tracks user activity by processing the messages that your web site generates when a user performs an action. For example, for read tracking, you embed images in your email that are downloaded from your web page. You would use a server side script to retrieve details from an email when it requests a certain image, and then forward those details to MLK for processing.

Likewise, for click-tracking, you will add links in the messages that MLK sends that include user details. Your web site retrieves those details and forwards them to MLK, then redirects the user to a desired page.

If you are used to web site development it is not hard to set up, but otherwise you may need help from a web developer.

Could recommend any kind of script that work as you describe, even paid scripts, just to a start point. Thanks.

Hi

Well, a web developer will use a scripting language, but you might be able to roll something yourself using a web form tool:
