Hi, is there a way of processing emails using pop to each have their own list and processig rules?

I have two domains, each with their own mailing list, i understand i can simply change the sender profiles to send from each domain

but

I want to process the emails automatically, ie if someone is adding or removing, i want the software to know which sending profile to respond back with, and based on results to add the correct mailing list.

ie
All emails received from emails@domain1.com will be processed by sending profile 1
and emails received from emails@domain2.com will be processed by sending profile 2
