 Reply salutations not working in Outlook 2016		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

When I need to reply to a mail, the automatic salutations refuse to work until I have opened that mail in a separate window in Outlook. Is there a way to perform this functionality from the main window of the Outlook itself, instead of having to click open that mail everytime before replying?

I'm afraid that editor is not supported at this time.
