as you see the main menu or toolbar at "edit delayed campaign message window" is clipped and not desplayed correctly.

No, window can't be resized nor maximised

Hi

Are you using Windows XP? Form sizing in windows with the Metro toolbar may not work correctly in that and other old versions of Windows.
