The video files from my Canon video camera do not seem to be supported by DVD PixPlay. What can I do?

Hi

You may be able convert the video file to a more standard video format using the "Format" plug-in for PixPlay at:

http://www.xequte.com/pixplay/plugins.html

Otherwise, you can also convert files online (to MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format) at:

http://www.online-convert.com/
