From what i understand is, its a good idea to keep a copy of any opt-in and sign-up emails as proof should anything happen. Whilst I know the software handles everything through email, but when a message is processed we have our settings to delete the email (pop), there is a setting to have it forward to another email address, but that creates a problem

When I forward to another email address, my server is seeing this forwarded message as a risk, as it is sent as an attachment, gets refused and sent abck.

Is there going to be any setting in the future to allow emails to be processed and left of the server? or better still, one the message has been processed the software can email us proof so we can keep that new email without it going back though the processing system.

Or any other suggestions that would allowe us to keep proof of signups and opt-ins

Cheers

Rob

Hi Rob

Leaving messages on the server is an option we have on the to-do list. In the meantime, if your server rejects anything with an attachment (and you aren't willing to relax it) then you might want to sign up for a gmail or similar account to store all forwarded messages as a permanent log.
