Process Web Form NOT updating existing records

When I RUN TASK to "process as webforms" a folder from within Outlook 2016, MLK isn't updating the information of CURRENT EXISTING records. Only by deleting the current existing record and rerunning the webform is the correct data incorporated into MLK. Thoughts?

Hi Russell

This is odd, as the default behaviour of MLK is to update the details of members when they are re-subscribed.

Can you please check one thing:

1. Select File > Options, Database tab
2. Click "Other Database Options"
3. Click "Extra Advanced Options"
4. From the drop down, click Filter and type "Update"

What is the value for "Update Fields of Old Entry"?

Thank you Nigel ... My Entry on "Update Fields of Old Entry" was FALSE ... I changed it to TRUE and it worked. Please let me know if there are any other fields I should check. Thank you
