Sometimes a text lightning modal dialog box will disappear (i.e. editing text for an item), presumably becuase of an error or crash. Unfortunately, outlook behaves as though a modal dialog box is present, and you cannot exit outlook without and end task.
I am not sure why this happens, if it is because outlook puts up a reminder calendar while text lightning is open, or just becuase text lightning encounters an error.
I'd like a way to recover without ending the task of outlook.

Hi Doug
Errors in Text Lightning should not block other Windows, so I'm not sure why this might be happening. Have you any idea what the text of the error might be (e.g. seen it at other times).

Hi Doug
If you go into Text Lightning options, under the Advanced tab, please ensure the "Warn of unexpected errors" box is unchecked.
