I have the email put into the Reply email slot in the details tab but it does not carry over.

Hi Steve

Firstly, this is the screen for the older Amazon SES Web API (the newer one has SMTP settings instead).

You might want to change to the SMTP API instead as it should give better performance.

To do so, select File > Options, Sending, Other Sending Settings. Under the "Other Sending Options" tab, change the SES method to SMTP API.




If you would prefer to stick with the Web API then you need to verify your address. Clicking "Verify Address" will verify the address that is specified under the details tab. If you have not specified an address (or choose to clear it), it will prompt you for an address to verify.
