Behaviour change request –%NOW_DAY_OF_MONTH%

I request my future version that %NOW_DAY_OF_MONTH% always be a two digit number, with a 0 in front of any single-digit day.

Same with month of year- I don't know what the behaviour of %month_of_year% is.

That would make for neater ISO style dates.
