I a trying to convert or recover some shows I developed with older versions of PixPlay which were produces as a CD-Rom.
They will not play on my laptop.
The file appears to be MPEGAV\AVSEQ01.DAT
Can these be converted to the current system and, if so, how?

Hi Hugh

They are in the older VCD format, so they will be in a video format (of quite low quality).

You can copy AVSEQ01.DAT to your hard drive and rename it to AVSEQ01.MPEG and it should play in your media software.

It cannot be converted back into its source images.

Tried that but I got a "redundacy" error part way through and program shut down.
Is there no way that I can use the images created on the original and put them in the same sequence on a new DVD creation? Thanks.
