Hi Nigel,
I sent out on Friday 18th of January an email to approximately six thousand email addresses. For some specific reasons the server Exchange 2007 on my network, which handled the delivery of this mailing, deleted the majority of them after they were Suspended (timed out, ouch!), but not all since a couple of hundreds were successfully sent out, returning thousands of Delivery Failure replies into my Outlook 2010 account.

To make it short, I would appreciate your suggestion on how I could resend this email only to those failed delivery addresses, because I want to avoid sending twice the message to those few hundreds of recipients which were successfuly delivered.

For your information, I haven't yet "Checked Out" the delivery failures from MLK but only moved them into a new folder within my Outlook 2010 account.

Any help will be welcome. Many thanks in anticipation and kind regards,

Riccardo Giovanetti

Hi Riccardo

Open the task in MLK’s Outbox or Completed Tasks folder, then select the recipients task. Are you able not select the last 6000 recipients and change their status to unsent. You can also use the import function in that location to batch change the status of recipients using an import file or messages in Outlook.
