I have DVD Pixplay version 7.04 and after converting the video format many times by rightclicking on the video file, and "converting to a more suitable format" the slideshow is now managing to accept my videos on my computer when I am burning the slideshow to disc, and I no longer get an error message as before, and everything transfers to DVD correctly, but when I play the DVD back on my DVD player, the music continues to play but I am getting a blank screen for the duration of the video, and then it continues with my photos until the next video, and I get the blank screen again with the music continuing. Has anyone had this problem - and if so, have you found a way to keep the video in the slideshow, and see them when playing back the DVD on my DVD player?

Hi Hazel
You could try changing the format that is used for the video conversion under View > Options, Folder, Advanced Options, Convert unknown videos to...
(You would then need to add the videos to the project again and convert them).
Or it might be easier to convert the videos to MPEG format prior to adding them to your project.
You can convert your files online (for free) at:

Hi Nigel Success with my DVD pixplay copying my videos along with my photos to my DVD and they are now appearing on screen when I play back the DVD. I tried with the convert on line sites, but they only convert up to a 100mb and my files were larger than that. However, I did make the alterations on the video conversion as suggested in your first paragraph and altered the field to convert my videos to WMV and that has worked. Thanks for your help Hazel Withey
