In that case you should just share the database and settings over your network:
Copy your database to a shared network drive (ideally a good windows system or file server, rather than a cheap NAS device). Then on each instance of MLK use File > Open Mailing List DB to point each system to the database.
Also, on each shared system you will need to select View > Options, Other and set the usage profile to "Network Shared Database"
Finally you can also share settings between all systems by setting the option, "Use a Different Configuration for each Database" (View > Options, Other) this will store the settings with the database rather than on the local PC. This puts all the settings in a \Config\ folder under the DB folder on your network.

I have the personal edition, so the Network Shared database option is not available. Any other ideas?

The Personal version, by nature, is not really intended to support database sharing/syncing (it is only intended to be used in a stand-alone situation).
You can email us to upgrade to the Business version or you can hack something together to clone the folder  .

Hi
You can manually copy across the database and settings as follows:
1. Run MailList King on the old machine and click Ctrl+Shift+I. This will display the two important folders for MailList King (configuration and database).
2. Run MailList King on your new computer and click Ctrl+Shift+I. This will show you where MailList King is saving your configuration and database on the new computer
3. Close MailList King
4. Copy your all of the files in your settings folder from Step 1 to the settings folder on the new computer from Step 2
5. Do the same for your database files

Hi,
thanks for your answer!
my question was more is it possible to sinc two computers on regular basis. i work sometimes on one PC and sometimes on the other. so question is: is it possible to have the same configuration on two PC-s continually? Dropbox seems to me like possibility. i assume that i need to change folders with configurations on dropbox...
am I on right track?

On a local network you can share a database, but there is no functionality for syncing remote computers at this time.
You could create a method that automatically copied the database so that it is up-to-date on your other computer, but this is a far cry from synchronization.
Probably a better solution would be to store the database and settings on a thumb drive and load them from there. When you move to your other computer, close MLK and disconnect the drive.
