Hi Nigel

I can't believe this. I just sent an Xmas message to 54 coleagues and everyone of them had the correct email address but ALL the names had randomly changed to others in the database! AS they were all personalised they have all got the wrong name on each one!

I have now checked the rest of the 14,000 database and most tof them seemed to have just changed arbritratily to another persons name! Night mare and I have done nothing but use MLK in the usual fashion!

What can I do to restore the entire database to what it should be? I am concerned that the last backup will also be corupted in the same way

Thanks

Andrew

Panic over! I used a two day old backjup and that seemed to do the trick. I still cannot for the life of me understand what happened though!

Wow, that's a weird one. Ensure you use the File > Optimize function to check for any corruption in your database.
