Cannot decide best to do, 4.3 all heads are on pics, but pics are elongated out of proportion, 16.9 and it cuts the tops of the heads off in some pics, especially copies of family professional ones, any ideas please? Thanks, Val

Did you use the Widescreen or 4:3 output ratio when burning in PixPlay?

Also, under View > Options, Other, Advanced, Compatability tab does checking the "Improve Aspect Ratio of Slideshow" resolve the problem.

Thanks, tried both, widescreen chops off the heads, 4.3 stretches pics out of proportion, cheers Val

Hi

If your slideshows are being unexpected cut-off it may be due to:

- The images being "Auto-cropped"

Select Frame > Frame Properties and disable the "Automatic Cropping" option on the "Remove Borders" tab.

- Your TV not displaying the full frame of the slideshow

You may be able to adjust this on your TV, but alternatively you can specify a margin (to add a border area around the frame) under View > Options, Other, Advanced
