I have been using MLK successfully for 2 years, in fact just two days ago I sent out a message to over 300 users. Yesterday not even a single message will go through. I get the error, "Authentication is required to send mail as <vzewu2p2@verizon.net>. And then something about error 0x800ccc78. I have changed no settings of which I'm aware. Even the test e-mail doesn't go through. It goes into the Outlook draft folder and then to the Outbox, but the actual send doesn't work. I have to delete them from the Outbox. Is there some configuration that I need to change?

Hi

Firstly, please restart Windows and try sending it again.

If you are still get the Authentication error then check with your ISP if they have changed their sending requirements in any way.

If not, email me the log file for the sending task:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK"
3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
