Good morning,
I am writing with a bit of alarm regarding a recent email I sent out using Mail List King. The reason for my alarm is that when I did a preview, the document was formatted perfectly. However, when the same email went into the inbox of my colleague, it appeared to have additional line breaks in it, and some of the words were cut off.
Is there anyone that can tell me how to prevent this going forward, and where this has happened to any of them?

Can you please advise what version of MailList King you are using?
Also, when you click "Preview" on the message sending toolbar, does it appear correctly?

It is v 9.10BR, and yes, when I hit preview it did look correct.

Hi Marion
Are you loading the HTML from file? It is possible there is something weird in the HTML that is causing problems.
Firstly, please download v9.25 (from the same link as your last download) and if the problem still occurs send a copy of your message to me.
