Conflict error using multiple accounts

Hi Nigel

I am using MLK with three new Instances. I had specified 10min for processing emails for each MLK Instance. I used the outlook to process the emails. While Mlk is trying to retrieve the mails from mail server the warning message is getting displayed, the message is
"The record your are trying to edit has been modified by another user. It will be refreshed", when we click on the oK button MLK stops retrieving and processing mails.

Can u help me out regarding this error

Hi

Check that all your instances are accessing different databases. The error generally indicates simultaneous access to a database record by two instances of MLK.
