Hi Roberto

Local mail servers typically have a lot of failures, which is why the retry option needs to be enabled, however 20% is surprisingly low. Firstly, check that you are not sending messages faster than your network connection allows. If a message takes too long to send it will hit the "Time out" setting and MLK will disconnect the connection. This is particularly noticeable if are sending large messages (have embedded images or attachments) and/or you have a high number of sending connections.

So go into View > Options, Sending, Settings and check your timeout setting (set quite high, e.g. 300 seconds) and your connections count (start at a low setting such as 3-5).

If you still have problems please email me the log file for the sending task:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your database folder and click "OK"
3. Browse to the subfolder named "SendLogs"
4. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
