This would have to be one of the best supported programs I have ever used. Nigel is always prompt with replies and solutions and implements fixes if needed pronto. I also love the polite dialogue from users. Beats the cursing I see on other forums. |

+1 I would have to agree. Nigel has been great in responding to emails and I just received some on Sunday evening so he works 24/7. The best thing I like are the upgrades as I just press a button and its all there and I have yet to encounter a problem. In most packages you look forward to not having an problems and in MLK its almost the opposite as I look forward to trying to find one. |

Gets my vote too. I bought it years ago for use by the charity I worth with that I convinced my employer to start using it. Support is fantastic.

Nigel has my vote for offering the best tech support. Even before I purchased Mail List King Nigel was answering my tech support questions. And I'd like to add quickly too.
I purchased MLK not certain if it would do everything I needed it to do. To my surprise it did, and there were features I didn't think I'd ever use. As it turns out he knew better, I'm now using those features and my business is completely dependent on MLK.
Nigel, please continue developing and supporting MLK. I always buy the latest version of MLK; not because I need it, but because I want to support Nigel. I hope everyone else does the same.
Thanks for an excellent product and outstanding tech support.

I agree with Doug and everyone else, you just don't get this type of support even though one would expect it, it is rare.
I've been an MLK fan since V5 and also purchase upgrades, not because I need them for the small (< 1,000) lists I support, just want to support Nigel and his team as they support us.
It's a great product, does what it claims, Kudos!

Glad to hear other people are buying Nigel's product not because they have to, but to make sure he's receiving money from us to support the product and continue develope new features. |
