I've been having this problem since the last update to MLK.
I have UNSUBSCRIBE (and several misspellings) listed in the COMMANDS options, but MLK is not doing anything with the command (I haven't checked "subscribe").
This only seems to happen on unsubscribers that email with a social statement, like: "Please unsubscribe me from your mailing list" in the body of the message -- MLK will prompt me for which group to remove the email from, it then gives me all the groups in a drop-down menu. I indicate which one, and it then does not remove the unsubscriber.
If someone unsubscribes using the form I have on the website, it DOES work, or if they unsubscribe putting synonyms on the SUBJECT LINE of an email--that works, too. It's only when the command is in the BODY of the email.
Please advise.

Yikes... I looked into this further, and not even the form is working now. Nor using commands on the subject line.
This is only on REMOVES/UNSUBSCRIBES. Subscribes are working fine.
I'm obviously missing something!

OK, found the problem...
Under OPTIONS > COMMANDS > Unsubscribe Synonyms there is an option that says, "Or any message sent to [email]" -- I had an address in there to cover all the bases. Apparently "OR" means "exclusively" only take action on removes coming from that address. I blanked it out, now it's working fine.
That is confusing. I'd recommend if something is in the synonym field it greys out the "or" option.
Thanks for watching my investigation!

Hi Boyd
Are you saying that if you enable the "Or send to the address..." option that it no longer processes messages that meet the synonym rules?
That is very odd. Could you re-enable the option and generate a debug log for me?

Hi Nigel,
Yes, I am saying that by putting an email in the "or" box suspends the rules. Is that NOT what it's supposed to do? There is no error recorded in the log.

Hi
I've investigated this issue and cannot reproduce it (or see any problem with the code). If you are still encountering it please generate me a debug log.
